I’m sharing delicious Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies! I took a cooking class a long time ago in high school and I happened to find my little recipe book and decided to try this yummy recipe.  I made it for my family, and they all loved it! Here’s the recipe:

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Credit to my Cooking Class teacher from High school

1/2 Cup butter
1 1/2 Cup of sugar
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
2 1/2 Cups of flour
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Egg
1 Cup of Canned Pumpkin
1 Teaspoon of Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Cup of Chocolate Chips

Preheat over at 350 degrees
Cream together: butter and sugar (with electric beater)
mix in egg with wooden spoon
Mix in Pumpkin and Vanilla
In a separate bowl, soft dry ingredients together
Combine with egg mixture, add chocolate chips
And put spoon full on greased cookie Sheets

Bake for 15 mins.
